Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the Quantum Encoding API and this site's workspace ("the Service"), operated by Quantum Encoding Ltd — a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16575953, registered office: 33 Oxford Street, Coalville, LE67 3GS, United Kingdom) — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple.
2. The Service
The Quantum Encoding API is a unified AI gateway and engineering workspace that orchestrates tasks using third-party language models. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
Services offered on the broker subdomain (broker.quantumencoding.ai) — including fiat on/off-ramp connectivity — are provided by Quantum Encoding Europe Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland (Company No. 807205, registered office: The Black Church, St. Mary's Place, Dublin, D07 P4AX, Ireland) and a registered Alchemy Pay merchant, under its own terms. These Terms do not cover the broker service.
3. Accounts
You need an approved account to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
4. Credits & billing
The Service uses a credit-based billing system. 1 credit = $1. Credits are consumed based on actual AI model usage plus a service margin of 25% (30% for xAI and DeepSeek models). Credit balances are non-refundable. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use the Service for anything illegal
- Try to circumvent billing, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse-engineer or extract model weights
- Submit content that violates third-party rights
- Abuse the platform to the detriment of other users
6. Intellectual property
You own your inputs and the outputs generated for you. We own the Service — its architecture, UI, orchestration engine, and everything that makes it work.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated code and content is not guaranteed to be correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all output before using it in production. We use the best models available — but "best" doesn't mean "infallible."
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Encoding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms. You can close your account anytime by contacting us.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
